Our online reservation process lets you review available spaces, choose your rental duration, reserve an available time and submit the required deposit.

Organizations providing classes that are free for community members to participate may use MCEC space for a rental donation of $25 per week or $100 per month.
The annual $1,500 Gold Sponsorship may also be designated to cover qualifying free community classes.
Paying a reservation deposit begins the reservation process and holds the selected date and time through our online booking system. After payment, please complete the required Facility Reservation Details Form with your event information, setup needs and other requested details. An MCEC representative will review your reservation, confirm the applicable rental donation amount and remaining balance, and contact you regarding final requirements and approval.
